The story of Roly-Poly ~ A 100-word essay
73
I have a doll that I have had since birth. I’m not sure of the name, but my mom always called her Roly- Poly. At least I think she was talking about the doll. Roly-Poly is my most prized possession. I want to be buried with her. I sure hope I go first. Her boyfriend was for sale at E-bay but I felt that since she had been my only child for over 40 years, she might get a bit jealous so I didn’t buy him. He was cute, but he didn't fit in at my house. Poor child.

Don't mind your oversight
don't let happen again
now I know your name is Lisa
and we can be good friends
Just don't treat me
like a "donkey in the shed"
unless you feed me real good
and come in and make my bed
and now my rhyme is over
by the way my name is Mike
I hope that my poetry
you will like
Much Love
Michael
Roly Poly is adorable. Too bad she couldn't get a boyfriend.
Lisa, I love your sense of humor.
I am working on that poem.
I want it to be good.
my thoughts are starting to roam
Isn't it always great in the beginning?
Did you like my reply and reference to yours
I would be your donkey anytime
and help you with your chores
as long as you read
some of your works to me
for this I would be so pleased
We would then be in harmony
Much Love,God Bless
Michael
Loved your story. Pictures are cute.

E,(hope you don't mind that I call you that)
Your mama wouldn't call you Roly-Poly, would she?
If she did ,I'm sure she meant it with much love.
Now that I look at it it does bear some resemblence.
Do you have a small house? Just some cleaner humor!
Just joking.
Much Love
Michael
